A 1970's single family house in the Othello neighborhood of Seattle partially burned down due to a neighboring fire. The project consists of remodeling the first floor, creating a more open and modern layout, and adding a second floor addition. The existing house is roughly 880 square feet, the addition will almost double the size of the house, creating four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and open living, kitchen, and dining area.
