A downtown Seattle Condo pops up for a waterfront view.
The project is in downtown Seattle, with views of the waterfront and Pike Place Market. The existing condominium was built in the early 1900's and converted to condos in 1980. The 6th floor owners have the ability to add a penthouse and roof deck to their units. Currently, there are three penthouses, this penthouse would be the fourth. In the renders, the beige penthouse is existing. The addition would the grey pop-up, which would allow for two bedrooms and a small bath. Maintaining views to the waterfront for all tenants was a priority, as was choosing materials and aesthetics that fit the current penthouses.
Existing Site: Penthouse would be adjacent to existing beige penthouse.
